Your Role

As a Specialist you will concentrate on creating and executing tailored guest experience strategies, including personalised delight programs. You will also oversee relationships with VIP guests.

• Create personalised experience plans based on guest preferences and occasions.
• Design unique surprises and enhancements to boost guest satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for high-profile guests, addressing their needs promptly.
• Oversee all aspects of VIP guest interactions to ensure exceptional service.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, dining, and concierge teams to fulfil special guest requests.
• Collect and review guest feedback through surveys and direct communication.
• Track key performance indicators related to guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the same field.
