Your Role

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our hospitality and real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include sourcing investment-ready real estate projects, partnering with developers to secure a strong supply pipeline, and driving villa sales to individual and fractional investors. By building strategic alliances and managing a high-performing team, you will be instrumental in achieving key performance metrics such as developer tie-ups, villa sales, and revenue generation from partnerships.

About You

• Identify and source investment-worthy real estate projects to expand the portfolio.
• Partner with real estate developers as a hospitality partner to secure future supply.
• Drive villa sales to individual and fractional investors, achieving sales targets.
• Build strategic alliances with real estate developers, agents, architects, and buyers to generate new revenue streams.
• Develop and execute business strategies to maximize revenue from tie-ups and villa sales.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field, preferably in real estate or business.
• 6-8 years of experience in real estate, with a strong background in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
