Customer Care Executive / Sales Executive

**Mega Hiring Walk In Drive for Customer Support and Outbound Sales**

Job Descriptions: Scope of work proposed to be handled:

• Service Partner will handle leads and will convert them to possible clients, required languages are Hindi and English.
• All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.

Criteria:

1. Excellent communication in English
2. Fresher/Experience OR Undergraduate/Graduate both can apply.
3. Males should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
4. Six days working / One rotational off
5. Immediate joining
6. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.

Screening Rounds (only 3):

• HR Round
• Functional round
• Voice Versant test Level 4 Minimum

Salary: Agent 14500 (Freshers) to 19,000 (Exp) CTC / Per month basis fresher and experience.

NOTE : To be considered as Experienced, candidates must have minimum 6 months of documented experience in any customer service (BPO/SALES/MARKETING/HOSPITALITY/AVIATION/COUNSELOR)
