StaidLogic - ServiceNow Architect - ITIL Frameworks (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

- Develop architectural plans and strategies for the ServiceNow platform and communicate these effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Work with solution teams to ensure the design and implementation of ServiceNow integrations align with architectural principles and business goals.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the ServiceNow configuration and customizations align with their needs.

- Analyze and assess application lifecycles within the ServiceNow ecosystem and make necessary architectural recommendations.

- Lead technical analysis, design, development, and implementation support for the ServiceNow platform.

- Oversee and coordinate all ServiceNow related development and configuration tasks.

- Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance and make necessary recommendations and adjustments.

- Continually stay updated with the industry's latest trends and technologies, particularly those related to ServiceNow.

- Coordinate necessary training and workshops for team members and stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and optimal productivity.

- Ensure the timely resolution of system and software issues, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to devise workable solutions.

- Provide regular technical mentoring to the internal Development team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

- More than 3 years of experience as a solutions architect, preferably managing ServiceNow platforms.

- Expert knowledge of ITIL processes and their application to solution architecture.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to explain intricate technical details.

- Experience with ServiceNow solutions design, development, and deployment.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic acumen.

- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in German is preferred, but not mandatory.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification is a plus.
