Senior ServiceNow Architect - ITIL Frameworks (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow customizations and workflows to automate IT processes and streamline service delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, IT operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.

- Utilize your strong ServiceNow scripting skills (JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs) to integrate the platform with external systems for seamless data exchange.

- Ensure data integrity and efficient system performance by leveraging your knowledge of CMDB design, IT asset management tools, and IT asset lifecycle management best practices.

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and alignment with evolving business needs.

- Manage ServiceNow deployments and integrations with enterprise systems, promoting a holistic approach to IT service management.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.

- Proven experience with ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Implementation Specialist, or higher) is a strong plus.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).

- In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices for IT service management.

Technical Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2) and IT asset management (ITAM) certifications are pluses.

- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments of ServiceNow is a plus
