Job Description

Job Title: SuccessFactors EC Consultant with Time off experience.

Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore(onsite).

Job Type: Contract.

Key Responsibilities.

- Lead or support the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), including the Time Off module.

- Configure workflows, business rules, and custom fields to meet business requirements.

- Ensure integration of Time Off with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Conduct workshops to understand time-off policies and translate them into system configurations.

- Provide expert advice on best practices for Employee Central and Time Off functionality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.

- Provide post-go-live support and training to end-users.

- Regularly update configurations to align with legislative and organizational changes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including payroll, IT, and HR, to ensure seamless implementation.

- Develop project documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.

- Support project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), including hands-on expertise in the Time Off module.

- Proven track record of successful EC implementations, preferably in a consulting environment.

- Strong understanding of EC configuration, including workflows, business rules, MDF objects, and data models.
