Senior Data Analyst - Looker (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop insightful Looker dashboards that effectively communicate complex data to a wide audience.

- Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and load data (ETL) for analysis.

- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, product managers, executives) to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize processes and improve business outcomes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analysis tools and best practices.

- Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

- Proven experience building and deploying Looker dashboards.

- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.

- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts (descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, etc.)

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- A data-driven mindset with a problem-solving approach.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

- A desire to learn and stay abreast of the latest data analysis trends (Python proficiency a plus)
