Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation, along with proficiency in handling large datasets and working with analytical tools. This role is critical for driving data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions.

- Reporting & Dashboards : Create and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.

- Data Cleaning & Preparation : Cleanse, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Collaboration : Work closely with various departments (finance, marketing, operations, etc.) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

- Advanced Analytics : Perform complex analyses using advanced statistical and data mining techniques to predict trends and inform strategic decisions.

- Process Improvement : Recommend improvements to data collection, storage, and processing workflows to enhance efficiency and data accessibility.

- Data Presentation : Present analysis results to management in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

- Tool Expertise : Leverage tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics platforms.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 5-9 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Tools & Technologies : Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
