Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Team Lead to drive our IT sales operations for the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generates, train, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for IT hardware, Networking solutions.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the UK market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and optimize conversion rates.
• Track and report team performance using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and market demands.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years of IT Inside Sales experience, including at least 1 year as a Team Lead.
Experience selling IT hardware and Networking or managed services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
