Simple2Call is looking for Inside Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Team Leadership: Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to the inside sales team, motivating them to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, tactics, and processes to optimize the team's performance and achieve revenue goals
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas, to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Training and Development: Conducting training sessions and workshops to onboard new team members, improve selling skills, and keep the team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Pipeline Management: Overseeing the sales pipeline, ensuring proper lead qualification, progression, and timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates
- Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data and trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential challenges, and using this information to refine sales strategies
- Lead Generation: Collaborating with marketing teams to generate and qualify leads, and ensuring effective lead distribution and follow-up
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM software to manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress through the sales funnel
