Role & responsibilities

• Handle recruitment & selection Process
• Coordinate new employee on boarding, verifying documents, conduct orientation programs
• Ensure timely completion of employees performance appraisal process, compile data, and prepare reports periodically
• Monitoring of Statutory Compliance from time to time as per labour laws
• Perform administrative duties as assigned, providing timely and effective support
• Monitoring and execute TML requirments
• Handling Time office functions

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: MBA -HR

Experience: 5-10yrs in Human resources

Excellent communication skills and Knowledge in PMS is required

Telugu language is must.
