Inventory Manager (Hospital General Store)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Good Knowledge products and Hospital Stores Operations.
• Inventory tracking/ Inventory control processes/ Inventory software or hardware systems.
• Data analysis & Reporting skills.
• Technology driven and basic IT skills.
• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and disposing of medical supplies.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure timely delivery of essential items.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in inventory control processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role in a hospital setting.
  
• MBA/BBA degree from a reputed institution
  
• Strong knowledge of data analysis expressions (DAE) and ability to interpret complex reports.
  
• Proficiency in using various types of inventory software such as ERP systems.
