• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  
• Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20-25 years of experience in HR Management or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (HR Specialization).
  
• Proven track record of developing successful HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  
• Strong understanding of HR Policies, Employee Engagement, Performance Management Systems, Recruitment processes.
