Brand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager with a passion for building impactful and memorable brands. This role involves strengthening our brand, crafting effective communication strategies, and driving engagement across digital and offline channels with strategic vision and strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

Branding, Campaigns & Content Creation

• Consistently ideate and execute creative branding campaigns to elevate the brands presence.
• Work with internal team and external agencies to produce high-quality visuals and content.

PR & Communications

• Collaborate with PR agencies to strategize and execute impactful, high-visibility campaigns that elevate brand awareness.
• Cultivate strong media relationships to secure meaningful coverage and amplify the brand’s presence through compelling storytelling.

Social Media Management

• Curate, schedule, and manage engaging content across social platforms, maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice.
• Stay ahead of social media trends to drive engagement and build a thriving online community.

Events & Sponsorships

• Lead planning and execution of sponsorships, booths, and speaker sessions at industry events.
• Oversee logistics and vendor coordination for external and company-hosted events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup or a marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience with PR agencies and securing high-value media coverage.
• Proven track record of executing creative branding campaigns and driving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Expertise in event planning, including sponsorships, booths, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Excellent project management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for building impactful and memorable brands.
