Account Executive

Embark on a journey as our Account Executive for our product SpringVerify, focusing on the Indian market, where youll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role is to unlock potential, create lasting client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that resonate. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.

SpringVerify is a comprehensive background verification platform designed to streamline and automate the process of conducting background checks.

• Product Mastery: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Springworks offerings, ensuring you can discuss product features, advantages, and competitive differentiators. Collaborate with product teams based on client feedback to improve and customize solutions.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Ensure high-quality ongoing support and strategic insights to enhance client retention.
• Strategic Presentations: Design and deliver targeted presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Springworks solutions to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their specific business requirements.
• Expert Negotiation: Direct negotiations, addressing client concerns and achieving consensus on pricing and terms that foster long-term partnerships.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement and refine dynamic sales strategies like MEDDPIC, SANDLER, etc to meet revenue goals, incorporating industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

• Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Springworks.in products and services.
• Market Research: Research HR tech landscape, competitors, and target industries.
• Prospecting: Build a list of potential leads.
• Training: Attend product sessions, & shadow AEs.
• Tools Familiarization: CRM, Prospecting, Deal Flow, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, etc.
• Sales Collateral: Develop pitch decks, & email templates.
• Networking: Connect with HR professionals.
• Outreach: Start contacting leads.

• Relationship Building: Initiate client contact, & build rapport.
• Sales Training: Participate in advanced sales training sessions for objection handling and negotiation.
• Lead Nurturing: Share relevant content with leads.
• KPI Setting: Collaborate with the sales manager to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking progress.
• Feedback Loop: Align messaging with the team.
• Goal Setting: Set clear sales targets.
• Presentations: Deliver product demos.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and nurturing.
• Onboarding: If applicable, assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
• Forecasting: Predict deal outcomes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records using CRM software and generate initial sales reports.
• Learning: Continue to stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
