Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive/Manager with a focus on the Oil and Gas industry
The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge and play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities with a proven track record in sales and business development, leverage industry expertise to build strong relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to our growth in a competitive market
Key Responsibilities: Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek out and engage new business opportunities within the Oil and Gas sector, focusing on upstream, midstream, and downstream markets
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and support
Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities within the industry
Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive revenue growth
Proposal and Contract Management: Develop and present compelling proposals and negotiate contracts that meet client needs while maximizing profitability
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and services
Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and establish new connections
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management, offering insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the Oil and Gas industry
Deep understanding of industry dynamics, regulations, and technologies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
