Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new customers by setting up accounts and providing product training.
• Customize training sessions to align with customers unique sustainability plans.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and queries.

• Monitor customer engagement and provide proactive solutions to improve user adoption.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
• Act as a customer advocate by collaborating with the product and development teams to prioritize feature requests.

• Support customers in interpreting and leveraging data insights for their sustainability journey.
• Assist in creating periodic reports to track progress against sustainability metrics.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with business goals.
• Contribute to creating knowledge bases, guides, and case studies to assist users.

• Bachelor s degree in any field (background in Sustainability or Environmental Science will be preferred).
• 0-3 years experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role. Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
• Familiarity with sustainability tools, ESG reporting frameworks, or carbon accounting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
