Job Description
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Software Developer for development team at Sprih. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that scale well with the user load.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end projects that have a high degree of ambiguity, scale and complexity.
- Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Explore and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve the development process and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree from top tier institutes.
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Programming experience in Java.
- Excellent communication skills
