We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, establishing strong relationships and understanding their business needs and goals.
Account Growth : Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the use of our solutions within existing accounts.
Sales Pipeline Management : Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Negotiation and Contract Management : Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and compliance with company policies.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of products, features, and value propositions to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify potential areas for product improvement or new product development.
Reporting and Forecasting : Track and report on key sales metrics, providing regular updates to management on account performance, revenue forecasts, and sales activities.
Customer Success : Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing issues, providing timely responses to inquiries, and delivering exceptional support throughout the customer lifecycle
We are looking for people with:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role within the SaaS industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Technical acumen and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate the value of SaaS solutions to clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
A bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
