Job Title: Collection Team Leader Voice Process (Bucket Collections)
Location: Airoli | Experience: 2-5 years (1+ year as TL)
Job Description:
Looking for a Collection Team Leader to manage a team in a voice-based bucket collections process. Responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, coaching agents, handling escalations, and meeting recovery targets.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years in BPO collections, with 1+ year as TL
- Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
- Knowledge of bucket collections & recovery strategies
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting
