Urgent Opening For Collection Trainer/ Sr. Trainer - Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders and key team members to identify company training needs.
• Schedule appropriate training sessions.
• Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
• Train and guide new employees.
• Create process refreshers for existing employees.
• Monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness, success and outcome periodically.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
• Build and upgrade training modules/ content related to product, process & soft skills.
• Preparing monthly training calendars & publishing training completion reports.
• Preparing and maintaining training MIS like Batch trackers, refresher trackers etc.
• Travel to Thane office for conducting training sessions as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Collection background training delivery is a mandatory.
• Proven 2 - 4 years of experience as corporate trainer or similar role.
• Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint).
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
