Process Trainer- Collection Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for collection voice process teams, focusing on TNA (Training Needs Analysis) identified gaps.
  
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes into existing workflows.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials, including presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
  
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to measure trainee progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for further training development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry.
  
• Strong understanding of collections process knowledge required; ability to apply this expertise during training sessions.
  
• Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
