AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the business development team to drive strategic growth and expand our marketplace presence while overseeing all business development initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and manage a pan India team of Business Development Managers
- Create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Own and Delivery Annual Operating Plan & target.
- Drive the team to achieve the goals and targets.
- Ensure the team meets onboarding, revenue generation, and receivables targets, as well as the turnaround time for these objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, opportunities, and performance metrics to the board.
- Travel to various locations with the team for business development.
Requirements- Over 7 years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a pan-India team.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in sales and negotiation skills
