Roles and Responsibilities:-
  • Responsible for hunting newleads, building pipeline, convert clients and book revenue from given segment.
  • Responsible for carrying outthe prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customerrequirement, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of the deal.
  • Network and develop marketintelligence for generating leads, and building new business relationshipsusing existing industry contacts and giving sales presentation to prospects.
  • Developing a strong salespipeline, which is managed and evaluated regularly and working on dealmanagement and closure as per pipeline effectively.
  • Measuring success againstcompetition and where forecast deals are unsuccessful, to understand and gainmarket information with respect to reasons for deal loss.
  • Owning the RevenueResponsibility and conducting regular research on prospects for an in-depthanalysis of their requirement and budgets.
  • Responsible for accountmanagement overview and assessing, clarifying and validating the customerneeds on an ongoing basis, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratingthatare up to the business standards.
  • Regular follow up with thecustomerregarding orders and timely collections of the businessproductsin order to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and note areas ofsales performance incentive.
  • Well versed in preparingpresentations and reports including commercial proposals, e-mailers and othermarketing material as required for both, customers as well as internalstakeholders and management.
  • In Depth knowledge of CreditEvaluation process in terms of lending, and should be well versed inunderstanding the financials, including ratio analysis of any company, and alsoshould have good knowledge domain in terms of various other parameters such asGST, External Ratings, Litigation etc.


    Requirements
    Desired Candidate:- Graduateand above (Ideally CA, MBA-Finance) and has experience of 4 years plusexperience in Enterprise Sales/Business Development, with good understanding ofBFSI Space, Forensics and Due Diligence sector, along with strong networkingand relationship building skills. Should be Fluent in English and also havegood Communication Skills.

    • Strong entrepreneurial abilitywith excellent relationship building, Liaising & interpersonal skills.
    • Good Communication and writingskills both verbal and written, with the ability to influence businessstakeholders on product and strategy decisions.
    • Strong problem solving andanalytical skills paired with the ability to develop creative and effectivesolutions. Also should possess a flexible & detailed oriented attitude.
    • Ability to multitask acrossmultiple clients and projects simultaneously in a diverse distributed deliverysetup.
    • Good domain knowledge of BFSIspace, Forensics industry and also in depth knowledge of credit evaluationprocess and understanding financials, ratio analysis of any company.
    • Competency in Microsoftapplications including Word, Power point and Excel.
    • Team Player and High Sense of Ownership.
