Channel Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, and dealers) in the Upper North region. Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to increase the market share of lithium-ion batteries in the region. Ensure sales targets and revenue growth objectives are met.
Market Expansion: Drive regional expansion by identifying new market opportunities, including untapped areas and potential customers, for lithium-ion battery products.
Sales Support & Training: Provide sales training and technical support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and sales tools to effectively market the products.
Product Promotion: Ensure channel partners effectively promote and sell the company s lithium-ion batteries, focusing on key value propositions such as performance, safety, and sustainability.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Share insights with the management to fine-tune sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customers, end-users, and channel partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery and availability of products in the market.
Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute regional promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and seminars to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Problem Resolution: Act as the point of contact for channel partners in resolving issues related to sales, delivery, returns, and product performance.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in channel sales within the battery industry, preferably with experience in lithium-ion batteries or energy storage solutions.
Channel Sales Expertise: Proven track record of building and managing sales channels in a competitive market. Strong understanding of distributor networks, reseller relationships, and channel partner management.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, applications, and market trends.
Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with the ability to drive business growth and meet aggressive sales targets. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of lithium-ion battery products to channel partners and customers.
Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Upper North region market dynamics and customer behavior.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets without direct supervision.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
