Responsibilities
of this role
Responsible for achievement of sales budgets in
the assigned territory by closely working with the franchisee.
To anchor the field level implementation of all marketing programmes.
To collect market intelligence regarding competitor activities.
To ensure expansion of retail network as per assigned budgets.
To submit reports on a periodic basis.
To work in close accociation with the service personnel to ensure effective warranty management & post-sales service. Unique Accountabilities of this role Dealer network management, market penetration, territory sales growth, expanding retail network. Preferred candidate profile: Age required to perform this role Minimum Age : 24 years Maximum Age: 30 years Qualification Required for this Role Minimum Qualification : MBA from any reputed institute Desirable Exp. : Degree in Engineering Years of experience Required for this role Minimum Exp. : 2 Years Desirable Exp. : 5 to 6 years Type of Experience required for this role Experience in channel sales of various products such as Tyres, Paints, Lube oils & Automotive accessories Competencies required for this role Skills Technical/Functional: Team Building, Communication Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Product Knowledge
Soft: Communication skills, presentation skills Knowledge Knowledge on franchisee distribution model, product knowledge. Attitude Good at communication & having having good product & market knowledge. Other Details: Compensation Budgeted for this role Is this role part of approved budget and organization Chart? Yes/No: The talent required to fill this role by (date - MM/YY)?
