Job Description
- Map locations across India in alignment with phased business requirements.
- Strategize and plan the introduction of Channel Partners (CPs) based on zonal and business needs.
- Evaluate CP requirements per zone and oversee their identification in key locations.
- Finalize CPs as per company standards and business requirements.
- Facilitate the completion of documentation, agreement signing, and timely renewal of agreements.
- Ensure induction training, branding, and compliance with company SOPs for all CPs.
- Assign business targets to CPs and support them in achieving these targets
- Drive CP performance through incentive schemes, business strategies, and targeted promotional campaigns.
- Monitor CP quality, ensure SOP compliance, and support CPs in business promotion activities.
- Provide guidance to other departments in implementing SOPs and ERP systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for CP growth, including target setting, competitions, and business incentives.
Requirements- Minimum 15 years in a logistics or supply chain domain with demonstrated expertise in network development and channel partner management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive performance and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of logistics operations, branding, and compliance.
