Marketing Officer Aftermarket
Location:

Experience:

• 3-8 years in retail and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing

Job Role:

• Develop and execute innovative Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing strategies tailored for the aftermarket segment
• Manage in-store branding, product demonstration activities, and canopies
• Organize and coordinate service camps, dealer, mechanic, and distributor meetings
• Conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive strategy
• Proficient in MIS reporting using Excel and PowerPoint
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and effectively manage negotiations
• Ensure exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Uphold organizational ethics and integrity in every task performed
• Conduct customer satisfaction studies for retail and mechanics
• Gather and analyze competition pricing data, benchmarking against industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand/Product Visibility: Initiate and manage branding activities across distributors, retailers, garages, and mechanics
2. Customer Satisfaction Studies: Conduct regular surveys for distributors, retailers, and mechanics
3. Retail Channel Expansion: Develop and manage retail channel programs, ensuring growth and engagement
4. Loyalty & Demand Generation Programs: Create and oversee customer loyalty programs and demand-generation activities
5. Competition Benchmarking: Collect and analyze competitor pricing data, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market
6. Development Monitoring: Monitor the development plan in collaboration with Area Managers (AM) and Regional Managers (RM)

Technical/Functional Knowledge:

• Retail Engagement and Loyalty Program Management
• Dealer/Stockist Development Activities and Programs
• Proficiency in MIS Excel and PowerPoint
• Brand Promotion and Campaign Management
• Brand Visibility Techniques and Channels
• In-Store Graphics and Brand Management
• Proficiency in Regional Languages (especially South Indian languages) is highly desirable
