Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Aftermarket Department. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket industry. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can drive business growth through building relationships with customers, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the aftermarket sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, product presentations, and meetings with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and negotiate terms and pricing to close sales.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customers are satisfied with products and services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket industry.
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
