Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement BTL marketing campaigns to promote UPSC coaching programs.
• Work on BTL marketing initiatives to increase brand reach.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and strategies to generate student inquiries.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators for compelling marketing materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other institutions.
• Develop collaborations and MoU to expand business opportunities.

Lead Generation & Student Engagement

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Engage with students through canopies.

Event Planning & Execution

• Organize seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with educational institutions and partners for outreach programs.
• Ensure maximum participation and lead conversion from events.
• Maintain a strong brand presence through strategic PR.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Provide insights to management on new opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education/edtech sector.
• Creativity and ability to develop engaging campaigns for student outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and execute events for brand promotion.
• Bachelors/master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
