Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SCM Executive to manage and optimize our Production Planning & Control (PPC), Material Planning, Inventory Control, Logistics, Operations, and Order Management processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain coordination, and the ability to drive efficiency across the manufacturing and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Control (PPC):

• Develop and execute production schedules to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams for efficient operations.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and resolve production bottlenecks.

2. Material Planning & Inventory Control:

• Forecast material requirements based on demand and production schedules.
• Ensure optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material procurement.
• Implement inventory control techniques like FIFO, JIT, and ABC analysis.

3. Logistics & Order Management:

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Track orders and coordinate with transportation & logistics partners.
• Optimize warehouse management and ensure proper documentation for inbound/outbound logistics.
• Handle order processing, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and dispatch planning.

4. Operations & Coordination:

• Ensure efficient utilization of resources to achieve production targets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, production, sales, and dispatch).
• Analyze SCM performance metrics and implement improvements for efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

✔ Strong knowledge of PPC, Material Planning, Inventory Control, and Logistics.
✔ Experience in SAP ERP, MRP, or other SCM tools.
✔ Proficiency in Excel (MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, and Forecasting).
✔ Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
✔ Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization and cost reduction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in SCM roles within a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of supply chain analytics, demand planning, and vendor management is a plus.
