JOB DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on vendor management, inventory control, and warehouse operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that Isaac Clinics is known for.

Primary Responsibilities:

Vendor Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors across medical supplies, skincare products, and equipment categories
• Negotiate optimal terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
• Implement and maintain a vendor performance evaluation system
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and manage any supply chain disruptions

Order Management and Tracking:

• Establish and oversee a comprehensive purchase order management system
• Monitor order fulfillment cycles from initiation to delivery
• Implement tracking mechanisms for real-time visibility of order status
• Coordinate with clinics to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for order processing

Inventory Management:

• Design and implement inventory control systems across central and clinic-level warehouses
• Monitor stock levels and establish reorder points for all critical items
• Analyze consumption patterns to optimize inventory levels
• Implement ABC analysis for inventory categorization and management
• Develop forecasting models to anticipate demand fluctuations
• Control inventory budgets through effective planning and monitoring

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee the central warehouse operations ensuring efficient storage and retrieval systems
• Implement best practices in warehouse management including proper segregation of products
• Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive products and maintain cold chain where required
• Manage the transfer of products between central warehouse and clinic stores
• Implement quality control measures for received goods
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all warehouse activities

Technology and Systems:

• Utilize and optimize inventory management software
• Generate and analyze reports for inventory movements and variances
• Implement barcode/RFID systems for better tracking
• Maintain digital records of all supply chain activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in healthcare/retail sector
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations
• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems
• Excellence in vendor relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
