Mern Full Stack Developer

Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (Node focus)

Experience: 3+ years

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js and integrate with databases like MongoDB.

• Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless application performance.

• Collaborate with frontend developers working with React.js to ensure smooth integration between backend and frontend components.

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

• Optimize applications for scalability and performance.

• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Ensure proper security and data protection measures in application development.

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Ability to create API's and whole module using MERN.

• Proficiency in modern development tools, cloud services, and best coding practices.

• Design efficient database schemas and manage data transactions in MongoDB (Aggregation Framework, Indexing, Replication).

• Implement real-time features using WebSockets, Socket.io, and Firebase Realtime Database.

• Strong command over Node.js event-driven architecture, clustering, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with Message Queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Pub/Sub).

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in MERN stack development, with a strong focus on Node.js.

• Strong proficiency  in Advance Javascript.

• Proficiency in React.js, SSR, React Hooks, Redux Toolkit, Context API, and TypeScript (Preferred).

• Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and backend development using Express.js.

• Experience with MongoDB and designing efficient database schemas.

• Knowledge of frontend development using React.js (preferred).

• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write optimized code.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to interact with clients professionally and effectively.
