Technical Lead (PHP + Angular)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong technical background in PHP (8+ years) and Angular (3+ years) to lead our development team and drive the successful execution of multiple projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, excellent client communication abilities, and flexibility with schedules and work timings.

As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables, implementing best coding practices, and managing cross-functional teams. You will also play a key role in client interactions, requirement gathering, architectural planning, and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Project Execution:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of applications using PHP and Angular.
  
• Take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  
• Define best coding practices, architectural standards, and development guidelines for the team.
  
• Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in project execution.
  

2. Full-Stack Development Expertise:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality applications using PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, or Core PHP) and Angular.
  
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
• Work with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
  
• Implement secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection.
  

3. Team Management & Mentorship:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring productivity and motivation.
  
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical training for team members.
  
• Allocate tasks effectively and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality output.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  

4. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide expert consultation.
  
• Provide regular project updates, demos, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
  

5. Agile Development & Delivery Management:

• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline project workflows.
  
• Break down large projects into manageable tasks with clear timelines.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  
• Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet changing priorities.
  

6. DevOps & Deployment:

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
  
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, etc.).
  
• Optimize application performance through caching, load balancing, and database tuning.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and version control using Git/GitHub/GitLab.
  

7. Flexibility & Work Commitment:

• Be open to flexible working hours based on project needs and client interactions across different time zones.
  
• Handle urgent project requirements and provide technical guidance even beyond standard working hours when necessary.
  
• Be adaptable to new technologies, frameworks, and evolving business requirements.
  

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

✅ PHP Expertise (8+ years):

• Proficient in Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP.
  
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture,and design patterns.
  
• Experience with third-party APIs, payment gateways, and web services.
  

✅ Angular (3+ years):

• Proficient in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management (NgRx).
  
• Experience in building dynamic, responsive, and scalable front-end applications.
  
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and REST API integration.
  

✅ Databases & Backend:

• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (designing schemas, indexing, and query optimization).
  
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  
• Experience with Redis, Memcached, or other caching mechanisms.
  

✅ API & Microservices Development:

• Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.
  
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT authentication, and role-based access controls.
  

✅ Cloud & DevOps:

• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  

✅ Version Control & Deployment:

• Proficient in Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket for source code management.
  
• Experience in automated deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.
