About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end (React.js) and back-end (Node.js with TypeScript) technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing secure, scalable, and high-performance applications while driving innovation and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend: Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and a seamless user experience.
• Backend: Develop and maintain secure, high-performance backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs to integrate with both front-end and back-end systems.
• Utilize microservices architecture to build modular, scalable backend services.
• Lead technical estimation, analysis, and documentation during the project conceptualization and planning stages.
• Design and implement robust application architecture to support scalability and performance.
• Independently drive projects from inception to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and error-free deployment.
• Implement continuous improvements, focusing on optimizing performance and security throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers, product managers) to deliver seamless, cutting-edge solutions that meet client expectations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and continuous learning within the team.
• Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring the codebase is maintainable, secure, and scalable.
• Stay up-to-date with modern technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Continuously explore new development trends, methodologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve processes.
• Lead the adoption of modern software development practices and tools to improve team productivity and project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience with Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including both server-side and client-side development.
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record in building scalable and secure applications.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols like MQTT and other cloud services is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a CAN-DO attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• AI Tools for Code Generation: Familiarity with AI-based tools that assist with code generation or improve workflow. (Good to have)
• Third-Party Libraries/Modules: Experience with tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other messaging or queuing technologies.(Good to have)
• Microservices: Experience building, deploying, and maintaining microservices in a cloud-native environment.(Good to have)
