Job Title: Java Developer (Tech Lead)
Experience: 5-8 yrs
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and EDI X12 is highly desirable.
- Experience in HIPAA-compliant application development.
- Industry Exposure: Healthcare, Insurance, Fintech.
- Designing High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) architectures, defining database schemas is a must.
- Lead code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.
- Good to have exposure to Data pipelines and ETL workloads.
