Java Technical Lead

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field/ MCA.
• Minimum 8+ years of Java development experience with strong Spring Boot proficiency.
• Proven experience in designing and developing microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous messaging
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL databases / NoSQL DB(Mongo DB, Casandra DB).
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Should Have Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and serverless computing is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to have Skills:

• Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize and refactor existing codebase for improved reliability and performance.
• Implement best practices for security, authentication, and data protection in microservices architecture.
• Work closely with DevOps teams.

• Create and maintain documentation for code and technical specifications.
• Implement security best practices to ensure application safety.
• Stay updated with java trends and apply new knowledge to projects.
• Utilize frameworks like spring or java ee for efficient development.
• Follow object-oriented design principles for scalable architecture.
• Manage version control, deployment, and environment configuration.
• Collaborate with designers, testers, and other team members.
• Contribute to continuous learning and improvement within the team.
