Position - Gen AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and fine-tune LLM based generative models for a variety of NLP and multimodal applications.
• Optimize model architectures for efficiency, scalability, and real-world performance across diverse environments.
• Conduct research and experimentation to push the boundaries of LLMs capabilities in generative AI.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of open-source libraries and frameworks related to LLaMA, including code, documentation, and tutorials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (researchers, data scientists, product engineers) to integrate generative models into products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the LLM model and other large language models, applying novel techniques to improve model performance and capabilities.
• Help develop tools and systems for large-scale model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Engage with the AI and open-source community to share insights, gather feedback, and contribute to ongoing discussions around LLMand generative AI.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with large language models (LLM GPT, BERT, T5, etc.) and a deep understanding of their architectures and training processes.
• Experience with LLM or similar large-scale transformer models (training, fine-tuning, and optimization).
• Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with advanced NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, question-answering, and language understanding.
• A solid track record of contributions to open-source AI projects (e.g., GitHub repositories, research papers, technical blogs).
• Strong knowledge of model deployment practices, performance tuning, and scaling large models in cloud environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to experiment, troubleshoot, and iterate quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the specific implementations of the LLM model,including pre-training and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience with large-scale AI infrastructure, including cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with distributed training techniques and optimization or large models.
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Previous contributions to the development or improvement of transformer-based models or large language models.
• Experience with AI ethics, safety, and fairness considerations in the development of generative models.
