Business Head - Digital Marketing Agency

Employ by Sparklehood has partnered with with a Digital Marketing Agency for a new business vertical for the role of "Business Head"

Job Description:
1. Manage the P&L of the Business, building up the team from scratch.
2. Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Delivery for the Business
3. Develop and execute differentiated brand strategy, and build strong client relationships

Required Experience:
8+ years of total experience, having been in roles with P&L Management roles (Sales, Business Development, Account & Revenue Generation Management).
Previous experience in an Advertising / Design / Marketing agency, with good understanding of digital marketing / advertising solutions
Strong leadership skills

Location: Bangalore
Compensation : ~50 LPA
