Performance Marketing Head D2C FMCG Beauty Brand WIPRO Partnered Brand
Job Title: Performance Marketing Head.
Location: Soulflower Office, Marol, Mumbai.
Reports to: Business Head.
Job Summary:
- Performance Marketing Head will manage and optimize Soulflower's paid media strategy across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and various online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other e-commerce channels.
- This role will focus on maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) through efficient daily campaign management, data-driven decisions, and a deep understanding of digital marketplaces.
- The position also requires operational excellence in managing multi-channel advertising, ensuring optimal performance across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Design, launch, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc) and other e-commerce channels to boost visibility and sales, driving revenue growth.
- Continuously refine the digital marketing mix, ensuring synergy between brand and performance goals.
- Marketplace Advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Other Online Channels).
- Manage and optimize paid marketing efforts on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other relevant online channels.
- Focus on driving conversions, improving product visibility, and enhancing ROAS across these platforms.
- Utilize each platform's advertising tools (Amazon Sponsored Products, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Ads) for campaign optimization, managing bids, and ensuring budget efficiency.
ROAS Optimization:
- Drive a continuous focus on optimizing ROAS for all paid media campaigns, reallocating budgets as needed to improve return on ad spend.
- Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Daily Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:
- Oversee daily performance tracking and make real-time adjustments to campaigns based on performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and CPM.
- Provide detailed performance reports to leadership, delivering insights on campaign success and improvement areas.
Operational Efficiency & Tools:
- Ensure smooth operations of campaign setup, creative management, and audience segmentation.
- Leverage automation tools to improve productivity and streamline operations across multiple platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams including creative, content, product, and marketplace managers to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with marketplace managers on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms for promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on marketplace advertising, ROAS optimization, and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools.
- Strong experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Ads, and other online channel advertising tools.
- Expertise in e-commerce marketing and paid strategies on digital marketplaces.
Analytical & Operational Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
- Ability to leverage automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for sharing insights and results with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in driving growth for D2C brands on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and others.
- Expertise in using marketplace ad platforms to optimize performance and drive ROAS.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital and marketplace platforms.
