Assistant Marketing Manager.
Report to : Marketing Head.
Working days - 06 Days.
Timings - 10 am to 07 pm.
Location - Marol, Andheri.
Key Responsibilities:.
Offline Marketing Strategy:.
- Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing plans to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage traditional marketing campaigns, including print, outdoor advertising, and direct mail.
- Collaborate with retailers and distributors to create in-store marketing strategies and promotions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other vendors to produce marketing materials.
Event Planning and Execution:.
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Develop event themes, concepts, and programs to create memorable and engaging experiences for attendees.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Below-the-Line (BTL) Activities:.
- Design and implement BTL marketing activities to drive brand engagement and sales.
- Organize roadshows, in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted BTL campaigns for specific markets and customer segments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL activities, making recommendations for improvements.
Brand Partnerships:.
- Identify and establish partnerships with other brands for joint marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute collaborative campaigns and co-branded events that align with both brands' values and target audiences.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and effective collaboration.
- Track and analyze the impact of partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations.
Brand Promotion:.
- Create and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify and leverage sponsorship opportunities to promote the Soulflower brand.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and event activities, making recommendations for improvements.
Budget Management:.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, events, BTL activities, and brand partnerships, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Team Collaboration:.
- Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
