Executive - Corporate Travel

Role & responsibilities -

• Issuing tickets as per the client requirements
• Manage all transactions related to non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance
• Extend support for submission by providing all correspondence mail
• Drive PLB carrier sales
• Ensure all supporting documents is uploaded in system
• Ensure NIL billing pendency.
• Handing personal booking of clients & ensure collection is done same day.
• Coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings
• Achieving Revenue and transaction targets as defined by the business Coordinating & negotiating with hotels and suppliers.
• Sub activities related to transaction including invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Graduated from any stream
• Well versed in communication
• Should have prior experience in similar role
