Frontend Lead - React.js Framework (8-13 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Front End Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex React applications, mentoring and coaching team members, and working closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of complex React applications, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and maintainable.

- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements, identify technical constraints, and provide technical guidance.

- Mentor and coach team members to ensure they are productive, continuously improving, and adhering to best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure that code quality is maintained.

- Collaborate with other teams and architects to ensure that solutions are integrated with existing systems and are aligned with architectural guidelines.

- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development practices and processes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in building complex React applications.

- Strong expertise in React, Redux, Next.js,HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of server-side technologies and experience with REST APIs is a plus.
