Frontend Lead - React.js/Redux (8-17 yrs)

Essential requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

- Proficiency in React and React Native for building iOS, Android, and Web applications

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

- Solid understanding of Git and version control best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable requirements :

- 8-10 years of overall software development experience.

- Experience as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Previous experience with performance optimization and profiling tools.

- Knowledge of additional front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, Angular, Vue.js).

Role and responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement user interfaces for iOS, Android, and Web applications using React and React Native.

2. Create pixel-perfect, responsive UIs that ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

3. Develop reusable and modular front-end components, libraries, and frameworks to streamline the development process.

4. Work closely with the Developers to align front-end development with microservices-based backend architecture.

5. Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness.

6. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.

8. Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into functional UI components.

9. Manage the team effectively to deliver quality product on time.
