REMUNERATION- 40000 USD TO 45000USD + COMMISSION

GOVERNMENT SALES ( DEFENSE SALES , DEPT OF IT AND ELECTRONICS, SKILL DEVELOPMENT)
Senior Business Development Manager (Government), South Asia.
Reporting directly to the Country Director, South Asia, the role will work closely with our existing APAC team to:
- Develop new business and relationships with Federal and Civilian Government agencies in India and South Asia region.
- Generate significant new revenue and support business profitability through direct sales and business development activities.
- Identifying opportunities for business improvement and strategic new business opportunities.
- Manage existing key Government customer relationships and other partnerships in South Asia to grow business. Hunt for New Accounts.
- Manage, deliver & exceed targets, KPI's and other set objectives
- Ability to differentiate our offerings against those of our competition
- To follow and understand the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry
- To develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast and robust pipeline
- To successfully develop and drive sales plans, using agreed methodologies
- Adhere to agreed sales processes and procedures
- You must have:
- A current and permanent right to work in India, with a minimum 10 years or more of recent residence in country and knowledge of the local market conditions.
- 10 plus years' experience as a Senior Sales and/or Business Development Manager in Federal and Civilian Government sector in India and South Asia region.
- Procurement knowledge and hands on experience with the GeM, India procurement policy and process.
- A satisfactory outcome from all police history and background checks we will perform during the selection process.
You are the ideal candidate for this role if you have:
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development with customers in Government agencies in industry sectors with an interest or capability in Cyber Security.
