Role Overview

The Partnership and Alliance Manager will lead the development and management of strategic alliances, partnerships, and ecosystem relationships to accelerate Emagias market reach and growth. This role requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership Development:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential technology, consulting, and channel partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize value from partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
2. Alliance Management:
• Manage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure alignment with Emagias business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing challenges and fostering collaboration.
• Create joint business plans and execute co-marketing or go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
3. Revenue Growth:
• Drive revenue growth through partnerships by creating and managing joint sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of partner-driven initiatives.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for strategic alliances.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on partnership strategies.
5. Reporting and Metrics:
• Track, analyze, and report the performance and ROI of partnership initiatives.
• Use data to refine strategies and improve partner program performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience:
• 10 + years in partnership, business development, or alliance management roles, preferably in the SaaS or fintech space.
• Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, or finance technologies is a plus.
