We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and drive engagement across platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:
  Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Content Creation:
  Design, write, and produce engaging posts, videos, and campaigns tailored to each platform, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Community Management:
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong online communities.
• Monitor and manage brand reputation across all platforms.
• Campaign Management:
  Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase reach and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  Track, measure, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize future strategies.
• Trendspotting:
  Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader campaigns.
• Influencer Partnerships:
  Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify social reach.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of growing and managing brand social media accounts.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Knowledge of paid social advertising platforms and strategies.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Understanding of SEO and its impact on social media strategies.
