Social Media Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube to boost brand awareness and engagement.
2. Content Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling static and video content that aligns with our brand messaging and objectives.
3. Content Scheduling & Engagement: Create and schedule engaging posts to increase audience awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
4. Community Management: Actively manage and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions to foster positive relationships and build a loyal online community.
5. Quora Brand Awareness: Establish credibility on Quora by answering relevant questions and driving brand visibility within the community.
6. Lead Generation & Analytics: Utilize social media platforms to generate leads, monitor engagement, and produce reports on lead quality and conversion.
7. Audience Growth: Execute audience growth strategies to increase follower count and expand reach across all social media platforms.
8. Brand Campaigns: Plan and implement brand visibility campaigns, while monitoring brand mentions and sentiment through brand listening tools.
9. Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitors to stay informed on market trends, content strategies, and audience preferences.
10. Performance Reporting & Optimization: Review and interpret analytics to optimize social media strategies and improve performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2.5 - 5+ years in social media marketing or digital marketing, with proven experience managing Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube accounts.
• Skills: Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of content creation, design tools (Canva), and video editing tools.
• Knowledge of community-building techniques on Quora and other discussion forums.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics to inform decisions and improve results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to engagement.
• Creativity: Innovative mindset and ability to create unique and engaging content tailored to different platform formats and audiences.
