We seek a Digital Marketer with strong skills in Meta, Instagram, Google Search Paid Marketing, and Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running high-ROI campaigns, managing and optimizing paid digital marketing efforts while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize high-performance paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Search.
Drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness through data-driven strategies.
Continuously supervise and optimize CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS to improve campaign efficiency.
Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative variations to improve campaign results.
Work on budget allocation and cost optimization to ensure maximum returns on ad spend.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting for better campaign precision.
Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools to track performance and generate insights.
Collaborate with design and content teams to build compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Take ownership of content strategy, including ad copies to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and standard processes.
4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing.
Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Marketing).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing analytics tools.
Experience in conversion tracking, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.
Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structuring.
Excellent campaign management skills with a focus on cost control and ROI maximization.
Solid understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
