Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns for all of our SaaS products to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate conversions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and experience managing partnerships with influencers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify relevant YouTube influencers and brainstorm video concepts for pitching.
• Collaborate with affiliate partners to feature our product on their websites, blogs, or product pages.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, approvals, scheduling, and publishing.
• Collaborate with influencers to develop creative concepts and content ideas on YouTube.
• Outreach to influencers and negotiate partnership terms, including compensation and deliverables.
• Monitor influencer-generated content for brand alignment and compliance with guidelines.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of influencer campaigns.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on influencer marketing performance.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, or partnerships. SaaS/B2B industry experience is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in using affiliate tracking software and tools like Impact.com, ShareASale, or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates.
• Proven experience in negotiating terms and conditions with influencers and managing partnership contracts.
• Ability to come up with innovative solutions for growing and scaling influencer programs.
